The way it works is we offer properties that have prospective home-buyers as tenants. These are people that have the down payment and monthly income to afford a house but are unable to be a home owner due to their credit, which prevents them from qualifying for traditional financing.
You purchase these deals from us with home-buyer tenants in place. They you’ll offer owner financing for the home-buyer tenants in the properties. This means they have put down a substantial down payment and agree to purchase the property from you after an agreed upon number of years and interest rate, as well as at a predetermined future selling price.
